Carole has been successfully
helping cats and their guardians with this technique for decades. Telephone consultations are provided at the
client's convenience and can be arranged for daytime and nighttime hours,
and on weekends.
In a telephone consultation, Carole conducts
a structured question-and-answer therapy session that typically lasts
roughly an hour, depending on the problem. Applying her years of study and
experience in understanding cat behavior, she explains her diagnosis of
the problem, provides you with a treatment plan to address the problem,
and suggests a prognosis for your situation. If questions arise afterward, Carole
will follow up with you by phone, within reason.
Once PayPal indicates your
credit card payment is approved, Carole is notified and your copy of her
Caring for Your Cat Audio
CD is mailed. Carole, or her office, will call you
within hours, or the following day, depending on when you place your
order, to arrange an appointment for the consultation at the
earliest mutually workable opportunity.
Your CD will arrive shortly after the therapy
session is completed. Carole's voice and the uniquely soothing music will reduce
your cat's anxieties and enhance his or her positive feelings about the
therapy she prescribes. As it plays, Carole reminds you of the
Wilbourn Way principles you discussed with her. For very anxious cats,
you can play it constantly at low volume. You'll be amazed at its
effect.

An in-home consultation is a one-hour visit
and therapy session and is usually sufficient for curing the problems of
one or two cats and their guardians. Carole follows up by telephone in
case other questions arise during the adjustment period. Very complex or difficult situations may
require multiple visits, but this isn't usually necessary.
Carole plays soothing music that cats like
while she observes them and their interactions with their humans. At the end of the session, Carole provides the client
with a written diagnosis of the problem, a prognosis, and a course of
treatment to pursue.
Appointments are arranged at the earliest
mutually workable opportunity for Carole and the client. daytime,
evening and weekend appointments are available. Carole doesn't charge for local travel to
Manhattan locations, but additional charges for
travel time and expenses will be quoted for further destinations, according
the circumstances. Any such charges will be agreed upon with Carole in
advance, and will be charged to your credit card in a second transaction.
