Litter All Over The Place

  • Q  My cat tracks the litter from his box all over.  What can I do to reduce the mess?
  • A  You can keep his litter box in the bath tub.


Dry Food Diet

  • Q  I have a twelve year old cat whom I feed dry food. Is that a problem?
  • A  Yes, dry food is hard on the kidneys. Reduce the dry food and add canned, freeze dried or cooked food to the diet.


Catnip

  • Q  What’s in catnip and is it okay to give to my cats?
  • A  Catnip is in the mint plant family. Yes, you can sprinkle some on their toys or on some tissue paper.  They may get frisky to start followed by a mellow reaction. Some cats have no reaction at all.
