You can exercise with your cat and pump up your health together.
Your Cat, Your Exercise Buddy
(Share Family Fitness With Your Cat)
My cat, Orion, loves to head bump my feet for his automatic under-the-chin foot nuzzles. But now it’s his reminder for me to strike a few kickboxing motions. Why? Because I toss a few of his toys and cheer him on as he darts about. That’s what we do when I’ve come from a kickboxing class. We work-out and pump up our health together to especially benefit Orion’s digestion, respiration, litter box regularity and psyche.
Orion’s head-bump is his reminder for us to work -out together, It’s kick boxing time
Exercise together. Your cat may encourage you to stay motivated when you have the urge to give up. It’s great to have such a supportive influence. So when you try to avoid your cat’s request for play, remember how your cat accompanies and inspires your workout.
