Remembering Hamlet’s second “coming out” at the Algonquin 2019 Cat Fashion Show and Auction. The Mayor’s Alliance For NYC’s Animals provided much of the information for the Business Insider article on The Algonquin and its cats. (Keep scrolling down through the article to see the story and the photos — fascinating!)  I performed Reiki and gifted toys to the participants and showed Hamlet’s slideshow ……

“Carole, so good to see you at Hamlet’s celebration,” said Jean. “I have you to thank for the forever relationship you gave me with my two cats. So the Algonquin arranged for you to do wellness sessions with Hamlet — smart! Good going on their part. Another reason for me to hang out at the Algonquin. I see you have a slideshow of Hamlet. Tell me more.”

I went on to tell Jean that I was on hand to give Reiki treatments and gift Multipet Toys to enhance the mind body and spirit of the Mewdles and their guardians. Next, I showed her visuals of the cats I treated that evening. We finished off with some visuals from Hamlet’s sessions.

“What a rock star, said Jean. “And he loves it.”
