Carole consults with clients by telephone and through in-home visits around North America. Daytime, evening and weekend appointments are available. Expenses will be quoted for travel time to destinations outside Manhattan and any additional charges will be agreed upon in advance. Once payment is approved, Carole will call to arrange an appointment.
Carole is finely attuned to how cats behave with their guardians in their natural environment, making an in-home, hour-long consultation her most highly effective service. She plays soothing music that calms cats and their people (guardians) and provides a link to the music so it can be replayed as a security object for their cat/cats. At the end of the session, Carole provides the client with a written diagnosis of the problem, a prognosis, and a course of treatment to pursue. She then follows up by telephone. Very complex or difficult situations may require multiple visits, but this isn’t usually necessary.
